So glad to have this very talented musician among my players. Andrew ordered this Flatback German back in 2022 and he sounds absolutely wonderful on it. Let's throw him some likes and subscribes! Thanks for the video, Andrew!

Michèle and her lovely family flew in from Marseilles, France, so that Michèle could pick up her new Roman mandolin. It was a lovely week spending some time together as she got to know her new instrument for the first time. Several days later she gave a beautiful performance at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site in Baddeck, Nova Scotia, where the inventor spent his later life. It later dawned on me how beautiful a moment it was in fact, to have one of my instruments played on the home terrain of such a great inventor -- a founding pioneer of audio research and the credited inventor of the telephone no less. By a musician who hails from a culture that so inspired my own path into this work. What a true blessing.
